Our contract support packages are bespoke to each of our customers needs and requirements, so as to provide a level of service that suits the needs and budgets of your business.All our IT Support contracts provide guaranteed response times, at a fixed monthly fee and include unlimited remote support for the term of the contract.
Remote Support Service
Unlimited remote support is included in all Breckland I.T. Solutions support contracts, our technicians can quickly connect to your computer and view your desktop whilst sharing control of your mouse and keyboard. Our support teams can quickly access, view, and fix remote devices, without the need for pre-installed software.
There will often be occasions that our technicians need to gain access to your company servers to rectify issues. As part of the contract we can install our unattended remote software onto your company servers, which can allow our technicians to connect to your servers without the need for someone to be present to initiate the connection.
On-Site Call-Outs
For a small fixed fee per month, we can provide an unlimited number of call-outs to resolve problems which cannot be rectified remotely. Alternatively call-outs can be made on a pay-as-you-go basis, which is charged at our standard hourly rate.
Regular Maintenance Visits
We can provide regular preventative maintenance visits to your site on a frequency which is suitable to your requirements. The aim of the maintenance visit is to identify and rectify potential problems before they become mission critical. Once the regular checks and updates of your systems has been performed the remainder of the visit can be used for whatever ICT requirements you may have whether it be reloading a PC, fixing a problem printer, installing new equipment etc.
Priority Call-Out
All our customers who have taken out support contracts with Breckland I.T. Solutions Support Solutions automatically get priority over non-contract customers when a site visit is required to rectify an issue, however for an additional fixed monthly fee we can provide you and your business with a guaranteed on-site response time. Priority call-out guarantees we will have one of our technicians on-site and working on rectifying an issue within a pre-agreed time frame.

Pricing
All our services are bespoke to our individual customers needs, however we have provided a very generic idea of the charges below.
Remote Support Agreements
£70 per 10 machines/users. Onsite visits are charged at normal Business Support rates of £45 first hour, £30 per hour thereafter
Remote Support with Onsite Agreement
£140 per 10 machines/Users. All onsite visits are charged at a discounted rate of £30.00 per hour, with no callout fee.
Full Onsite Support Agreements
Clients that require regular, inclusive site visits , are charged a discounted rate of £200.00 per day required. For example. A company with 10 Users that required a regular visit once per month would be charged £340. Please note that inclusive onsite time is based upon one single visit, the time cannot be broken up into hourly segments.
